    BBSC (aka Budget Babes Social Club) started as a way to make new friends in San Francisco without going broke in the process. What began as a small, budget-friendly hangout turned into a growing community of women craving connection, consistency, and low-pressure fun. ClubstarterCo is built on everything we learned—what worked, what didn’t, and how you can skip the guesswork and start your own thing with confidence.

    After building BBSC from scratch, I realized there were so many people out there with amazing ideas, big hearts, and a deep desire to create community... but no clue where to start. That’s where ClubstarterCo comes in. My goal is to hand you everything I wish I had: the tools, templates, and confidence to build something real. Something people actually show up for. Something you’re proud of.

Our story

ClubstarterCo was born from one simple truth: making friends as an adult is weirdly hard—and no one hands you a guidebook.

After starting my own social club (shoutout to BBSC 💖), I realized how many people had the desire to build community but didn’t know where to start. There were group chats. There were spreadsheets. There was a lot of trial and error. And somewhere in the middle of that chaos, something beautiful happened: people showed up. Real connections formed. A movement took shape.

So I took everything I learned—every messy Google Doc, every well-intentioned flop, every “omg this actually worked” moment—and turned it into a clear, easy-to-follow system for anyone who wants to start their own social club.
